Re: money for coffee and snacks, what we're going to do is write a
letter asking P2 for up to $100 towards the event (which they'll
accept) and then save receipts for everything we have to buy. I figure
this will be easier than trying to write an invoice, etc. Let's
connect on Wednesday to run through the final aspects of Saturday.
Re: projector screen, I think it would be really sweet to be able to
bring NewsInnovation Chicago to Portland. Any ideas on how we could
get a projector?
One last thing. Do we have any connections to any media outlets in
Seattle (i.e. EatSleepPublish, West Seattle Blog, etc.)? I think it
would be sweet to bring down some of our neighbors of the north.
Cheers,
Daniel
PS I've cc'ed the Google Group b/c I figure they should be a part of
this conversation too
