Good to hear, thanks for checking into this!

Re: money for coffee and snacks, what we're going to do is write a
letter asking P2 for up to $100 towards the event (which they'll
accept) and then save receipts for everything we have to buy. I figure
this will be easier than trying to write an invoice, etc. Let's
connect on Wednesday to run through the final aspects of Saturday.

Re: projector screen, I think it would be really sweet to be able to
bring NewsInnovation Chicago to Portland. Any ideas on how we could
get a projector?

One last thing. Do we have any connections to any media outlets in
Seattle (i.e. EatSleepPublish, West Seattle Blog, etc.)? I think it
would be sweet to bring down some of our neighbors of the north.

Cheers,

Daniel

PS I've cc'ed the Google Group b/c I figure they should be a part of
this conversation too

That sounds great.
I think Carlos had noted that he was bringing a projector. Let's
follow up on that.
I'll get in touch with Jason to see how interaction with Chicago fits
into their plan. And I'll start saving my receipts. I'm planning to
pick up some breakfasty and snacky things later this week. Anything
that people just hate?

Hey all,
I can bring a projector if no one else has already volunteered.

Great. You've got it, thanks. We've talked about setting up a video
stream or something for folks who are away or can't make it. Do you
have any ideas/plans for making that happen?

Yeah. I'm bringing a couple of cameras, laptop and was going to set up a
Mogulus channel for the event.
