Ellen: Hannity & Colmes called on Ann Coulter, of all people, to judge the appropriateness of Air America's suspension of Randi Rhodes for her profane comments about Hillary Clinton and Geraldine Ferraro. While Rhodes was repeatedly vilified by the H&C panel, there was little opprobrium for Coulter when she likened Barack Obama to Hitler later in the same discussion.
Ellen: We were pleased to learn that Hannity's appearance at Rev. Al Sharpton's commemoration of the death of Martin Luther King was canceled. We felt that Hannity's record of animosity toward African Americans was inappropriate and anathema to any event that bore the King mantle.
