These assholes should be avoided by every Jamaican in the T.O. until they get proper help?
 
  1. They are  liars...?
  2. They hate Jamaicans?
  3. They hate disabled worker?
  4. They have to much authority that they should have?
  5. They think that complaining about certain individuals that act like they are prejudice,bias, and unfair is a problem....so they hire psychiatrist to undermine the complaining employees. The only problem for Cracker Post is the Psyc agrees after interviewing many employee in this corp. he paraphrase in less words the same 'a place of systemic institutionalised you know...'?
  6. These individuals constant harassment of worker has becoming intolerable?
  7. There main goal has become one of inflicting financial loss, by suspension, emotional harassment by verbal abuse, and physical harm by disregarding medical documentation and limitations including the employees own input?

We are convinced that prejudice is a serious

sickness of the mind and of the emotions. People

blindly make it a major principle for shaping and guid-

ing their ways of life. It grows like a cancer until it

consumes the character and action of humans in every

dimension of their lives. Its advocates themselves be-

come victims, unable to escape from its grip. It is pos-

sible that the one who is in chains may be freer than

the one responsible for the chains. One can prevent

prejudice from getting a foothold by maintaining a

mind free from hate and an attitude guided by love.

Cracker Post

Supervisors(assholes) find indefinite suspension worthwhile as they continue to harass a disabled worker with reconstructed left knee and cause the employee loss of pay . . . financial, emotional, and physical damage as well to the disabled worker.

[These individuals act like Nazi and Supremacists ]

Supervisors(assholes) ask for additional medical information:

They want a head doctor to say that the employee is all right to come back to work so, the employee can be harassed more by the supervisor in the same way . . . physical, financially, emotional. These supervisors actually believe a reconstructed knee with documentation is a psychological problem and when the disabled worker informs them of his concern, limits, and pain it is a psychological problem . . . what a bunch of A holes.

[These individuals would have the world believe that the employee does not have the right to refuse a job that will cause them to aggravate their ongoing medical condition . . . and would have the world believe that the corporation does not accommodate the employee regarding their injury with modified duties . . . These individuals would have the world believe that the corporations own medicals don’t support the employees’ situation or opinion and furthermore, using the company medicals as a weapon against the employees because the supervisors are not prejudice, bias, or unfair . . . Hell NO!] These individuals at Cracker Post are all of that . . . and they would have you believe the sky is green if they could . . . the fact is they do use medicals as weapon . . . they don’t accommodate the PPD(permanently partially disabled) worker . . . they do harass employees to work beyond their physical limitations in pain(and they laugh about it).

Look at the amount of grievances and human rights violations filed every day, every month, year after year after year . . . doesn’t it make you wonder if these supervisors are actually human at all . . . in any case they have far too much authority---to be causing so much damage to employees financially, physically, emotionally by harassing them to the point of frustrations.

Step into the modern age Cracker Post management . . . names to follow.

The management acts like they are retarded, lying, wicked little children, whom like to abuse the employees with their limited authority, but in reality their actions come of as perpetuating hate, prejudice, bias, and unfairness.

You have to learn to shut the fuck up and let employees do their job in peace . . . some of these supervisors are a hindrance to the work getting done, and create a hostile environment/atmosphere for the employees that are doing the real work, as appose to the paper pushing middle, upper, and in-between management class.
