OGILVY & MATHER WIN WORKING TIME REGULATIONS CAMPAIGN
Ogilvy & Mather have been appointed to handle the #1m campaign aimed
at employers and workers to inform them about the Working Time
Regulations, which come into force on 1st October this year.
Two agencies presented their ideas in a pitch arranged by COI for the
Department of Trade and Industry: CDP and Ogilvy & Mather.
The campaign launches in press in September. There is a response
mechanism for further information in the form of a leaflet or
guidance booklet.
The competing agencies were selected following advice from the
Advisory Committee on Advertising (ACA).

1. The ACA is an independent group of senior media and marketing
executives, appointed by the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, to
advise on the nomination of suitable advertising agencies for
Government work and related matters.
