I am a victim of a conspiracy that a neighbor family started when
newly arriving on my street. This family from hell has been making 1
plan after another after another against me. Eventually they have
found ways to get a few other immediate neighbors against me. When
their plans ended up in failures this family found a way to started on
forming 1 CONSPIRACY after CONSPIRACY AFTER CONSPIRACY and so forth. I
have tried along with my family for long periods of time to seek out a
peaceful solution and end any hostilities before things went or have
gotten out of control. Nothing that my family or I said or did worked
out and I was never left alone. After all the YEARS of trying to be a
good neighbor and work things out without outside intervention there
was no other choice than to call the police for help.
That was a useless endeavor on my part as the POLICE have REFUSED to
HELP me. However the police was heard by me from my listening to them
over my police scanner radio saying to other officers on duty at the
time NOT to HELP ME! At the same time the POLICE also at the same
time told other officers on duty to help the neighbors in this
situation. Since then things went from horrible to completely out of
control and I became a victim as I received no outside help as asked
in ending this situation against me.
Eventually the CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF'S DEPARTMANT became involved.
After a long time I finally learned of this and their involvement from
listening over my scanner and also by over hearing other officers at
the front desk make comments to thinking I was not listening to each
other. From the start of their involvement these officers have
INTENTIONALLY FAILED to IDENTIFY themselves to me. In addition to
which, these officers have INTENTIONALLY FAILED to SPEAK DIRECTLY to
me. Up until a few months ago they have told others some of whom were
in my hearing range and others not in my hearing range and I quote.
"ALL we want to do is to talk to him. ALL we want to do is to help
him."
I ask you the intelligent public, IF that were in any way, shape or
form had a particle of an atom's worth of matter in it then WHY have
they INTENTIONALLY FAILED to IDENTIFY themselves and WHY have they
INTENTIONALLY FAILED to SPEAK DIRECTLY to me? WHAT help is I suppose
to NEED? WHY have they been and still are continuing to do today
TERRORIZING me? WHY are they CONSTANTLY ATEMPTING to BREAK INTO my
house to get me? WHY are they CONSTANTLY TRYING to BREAK INTO my
house when I and or family are not home? WHY is it that when we are
all out of the house when they break in that they have VANDALIZED,
DAMAGED, BROKEN, DESTROYED my personal property. THE BIGGER QUESTION
is that now ongoing for close to e years have they obtained WARRANT
AFTER WARRANT AFTER WARRANT and so forth as these warrants probably
number a total of 50+ warrants? I am not a criminal and I am treated
as a dangerous deranged criminal, bad person by these people. WHY is
it that they have in the past told people around this neighborhood
that they will get rid of me and or take me out for them?
WHY I constantly am terrorized by them and most of all WHY am I SLEEP
DEPRIVED the majority of the time by them? I have serious medical,
physical, health problems and I am treated this way knowingly? Why is
it that I have had HEART ATTACKS, STROKES, and my MECIAL CONDITION
MADE WORSE by the stress that they have caused?
These so called officers of the law from the Contra Costa Sheriff's
department keep breaking into our family home and tampering with our
windows in such a way so that they can re-enter at night when we sleep
in an attempt to kidnap and or abduct and or kill me. They have at
different times in the past made threats on my life, on my health, on
my person. In addition to this they have INTENTIONALLY in many ways
tampered with my PERSONAL PROTERTY. This tampering ranges in the
areas from vandalizing to total destruction beyond repair or
salvation. Being out of work it is too expensive to replace out of my
own pocket!
Of the biggest lies that I have ever heard law enforcement say to
people with my own ears as well as repeated back to me. And I quote
"ALL we want to do is to talk to him. ALL we want to do is to help
him." I know this to be an INTENTIONAL TOTAL LIE with absolutely no
merit and not 1 particle of truth in it. I know this to be that
because they have NEVER directly approached me. On few occasions I
have seen them including following a friend and myself to a restaurant
for dinner. On 1 occasion they sat down a table away from us and
talked loud enough for voices to be recognized as familiar but they
never came up to me directly and or made an effort to come directly up
to me and speak to me. Or in fact said anything loud enough for me to
hear as in please join us. There has been other similar of the same
type of thing. Since they have intentionally failed to identify
themselves and to speak directly to me I refuse to go to them as they
promised not only to harm me in some painful manner but also to remove
me from the free world and made to look like I never existed by
keeping me so far deep behind walls and other promised things as in
that category.
They keep sneaking onto our roof and tampering with my legally
licensed communication antenna system. So far I can estimate that I
have lost close to an estimated of a couple of thousands of dollars if
it were all NEW merchandise. Some of the items were irreplaceable. We
have suffered expensive roof damage due to their sneaking up and
trashing around WITHOUT PERMISSION.
We have PROPERLY POSTED clearly marked signs saying "PRIVATE PROPERTY
KEEP OUT" signs that are all over the front of our house and in our
own back yard. Also other signs that is located on each side of the
front of the house we have PROPERLY POSTED clearly marked signs saying
"NO TRESSPASSING" These warnings and signs have been and still are
INTETNIONALLY VIOLATED and are COMPLETELY IGNORED by these people.
I have been to the CONCORD POLICE DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS on many
occasions and have been told that I have NO wants and NO warrants on
or about me. I have learned of the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department
involvement in this conspiracy against me from the POLICE when I
checked by comments they made to each other but denied to me.
I have also verified this from listening to my police radio scanner to
CONCORD POLICE FREQUENCIES. I have be called on the phone asking me
about all of the nasty untrue things that my friends and others that
know me and have heard on their police scanner radios.
These people have gone from neighbor to neighbor with total
fabrications of anything but the truth. They have turned neighbors
that my family and I had been on good relations with for years and
years into enemies and or just turned against us especially me. These
people have INTENTIONALLY discredited me through my neighborhood.
Also somewhat discredited me with my own family of whom I live with.
I feel like peter as in peter and the wolf. I have done nothing to
deserve any of this treatment by and from them.
They even lie to CONCORD POLICE about their activities. I know this
from listening to their conversations outside my windows. The POLICE
have at and on different occasions instructed, told, advised me to
KEEP INSIDE the house and DO NOT go outside the house alone to speak
to anyone who INTENTIONALLY FAILS to IDENTIFY themselves.
I DEMAND TO BE LEFT ALONE. I have done nothing to warrant any of
this harsh abusive treatment. I DEMAND that they go away and let all
of us live our lives without their added stress and interruption into
our family affairs and or business. I have asked for help legally and
have been constantly refused. Since the POLICE and other parts of LAW
ENFORCEMENT lies to me and REFUSES to assist me in any positive
manner. Due to the INTENTIONAL REFUSAL of LEGAL help, I can and will
continue to ask for help from the public and at the same time I will
continue to update the Internet as to my experiences and happenings.
I will not stop this activity until I receive positive help and
assistance without wrongful arrest and or detention or detainment. I
will continue to ask the public for LEGAL help and support. I will
also ask others to come forth on any and all similar experiences. I am
stating that I will ask in every legal outlet as possible for any
possible help and advice and assistance anywhere and anyhow that I can
legally find it.
These people are still trying to get into my house and have REFUSED to
treat me decently, professionally, as a human being and or any common
courtesy. I have no idea still of why they are doing this to me. I
have learned that these people have made arrangements and others
involved that if they ever could devise a way to arrest me that I WILL
BE KILLED. These people also promised to have me hurt and tortured
and made to look like I never was born or ever existed.
These so called officers have made me have HEART ATTACKS, STROKES, my
general HEALTH and MEDICAL CONDITION MADE WORSE. I have been forced
to flee from my home on occasion for safety away from the terror
inflicted. These people must obviously enjoy using TERORIST ACTS AND
HATE CRIMES to get their way.
These people have been heard myself and others that can hear them
saying that once they grab me they are going to throw the book at me.
Especially do anything it takes to make things as hard for me because
of my LEGAL Internet activity. Law Enforcement has even on occasions
temporary blocked some of my LEGAL Internet usage. I believe that
they did this in order to PREVENT the truth from being told and help
being sought after. This even INCLUDES my LEGAL EMAIL activities.
MOSTLY from what I found out they are primarily trying to prevent me
from news group postings.
I have yet to know why I am still regarded as a bad person or some
sick deranged criminal that has got to be put away for a long period
of time as they have promised. I REFUSE to let myself be taken,
abducted, kidnapped or falsely arrested by them. I am tired of living
in fear and terror around the clock with no end in sight. I am tired
of hearing about warrants for this and that and anything they can
dream up. I am sure that by now and also sure that you will be in a
position to know better that if I did violate the law I would have
been apprehended long ago and properly punished for any offense or
violation of the law that I committed. Being that I done nothing
wrong and being that I have had no other recourse other than to beg,
plead, ask for help from the public by using the internet in a lawful
and in a LEGAL manner is NOT a crime. I have been intentionally
discredited and made to look like a total and complete liar to my
family and friends when updated and or informed on what is being done
to and onto upon me.
Also they have intentionally ELECTRONICALLY BUGGED and or WIRE TAPPED
my house ESPECIALLY my room where I can be watched and heard INCLUDING
when I sleep if I sleep while in bed including being sleep deprived by
them at the time. I HAVE NO PRIVACY in my bedroom. This includes a
device INSIDE a part of my bed as in the walls, inside my television
(I learned this both from listening as they watched me and by using a
bug locater device. Due to medical problems I have little strength to
seek and remove all devices.) There are numerous locations inside my
bedroom so that all listening and viewing angles are covered. This
INCLUDES both audio and video INVASION OF PRIVACY. I believe that I
have the right of reasonable expectation of privacy inside my own
bedroom. Even my mother's bedroom located directly above my room is
bugged. My elderly mother has been seen on several occasions changing
clothes and changing pajamas. ESPECIALLY changing pajamas as I found
out by listening to comments made about her BUT MORE by listening to
the description and COLOR of bedclothes.
Admittedly I know it sounds like a whiny baby or what you might term
as non adult, mature behavior, actions or otherwise cowardly. I feel
and have felt to have had no other options, recourse or other methods
to use other than to swallow my pride and forget about being a man
about it and go public. I knew ahead of time that if I go public how
it would sound and make me look. However at the same time I also knew
that I could and would draw public attention to the situation
regardless of win, lose or draw.
Additionally I knew that if this method were to be used that I would
be TOTALLY EXPECTED to be OPENINGLY HONEST and most of all very
extremely truthful and forth coming with any and all information
possible. On some postings in news groups I have stated my
willingness to take a lie detector test under truth serum while
appearing on live national and international television and or radio.
I will do any and everything legally in my power to keep anyone from
unfairly and or illegally arresting me. I will NOT let these rogue,
renegade, and terrorist acting, hate crime using officers get near me.
They keep attempting to break into our home to get at me. They keep on
illegally tampering with and using our outside water outlets for
prolonged periods and I have yet to find out what and why they using
this method to assuming cover up any method use to damage our home to
break into it.
On one particular occasion back in 2003, on the Jewish high holiday of
atonement, I was forced to flee for my life and health by foot for 2
miles away from my home alone on foot. I use a cane to walk and can't
walk far or keep on my feet for prolonged periods without rest. I was
found by some kind people that seen to it that I got help and offered
the kind help of their own by making me as controvertible as possible.
Medical people told me that I was very close to death.
A few months ago I was under so much fear and stress by the terrorist
tactics and hate crimes by these so-called officers of the law that I
had a vehicle accident and my family was with me at the time. We were
ALL wearing our seat belts. I was removed from the car by fire
fighters as I am told and then onto a gurney and transported by
ambulance to the nearest hospital of where I stayed until I was able
to come home. MY MOTHERS CAR was totaled. That car was an
inheritance from her brother my uncle. That car represented his
memory and his love for us. That car personally represented much to
her and much more to me. I loved that car and treated it as treasured
property and was very extremely fussy (I cant say in exact print words
used to describe feelings) of who drove it and who was a passenger in
it. That car personally represented pleasant memories and thoughts of
my departed uncle, her brother. We were ROBBED of our feelings,
memories, and thoughts of our dearly departed relative and have been
FORCED to find REPLACEMENT vehicle.
I have been an intentional VICTIM of their unrelenting, unfeeling,
vandictful, vengeful, TARGET of HATE, and TARGET of TERROR for the
past few years. I am NOT a CRIMINAL! I am NOT a BAD person! I am a
decent human being with feelings. I am NOT a HEALTHY person. I am a
DSIABLED person with SPECIAL and some DIFFERENT MEDICAL and PHYSICAL
DISABLILITIES. But most of all I am NOT a strong person and I am most
accurately a DEFENSELESS person who is UNABLE to perform any
SATISFACTORY self-defense. And that is not the biggest secret in the
world.
These so called officers of the law from the CONTRA COSTA SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT HAVE INTENTIONALLY FAILED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES TO ME. And
that includes from the beginning of their involvement all the way up
to this very point in time.
When the neighborhood conspiracy 1st started by the new neighbor
across the street 5 years ago we tried without police intervention to
work it out. This never was a permanent fix. I called CONCORD POLICE
and tried to get their help after break-ins started to be an
occurrence in 2002-2003. CONCORD POLICE REFUSED to help me. In early
2003 late at night 1 officer put over his radio "DON'T HELP KARP BUT
GIVE ALL ASSIATANCE AND HELP TO THE NEIGHBORS INVOLVED IN THIS."
Then things took off against me. The sheriff's officer became
involved thanks to our neighbor from hell and we were invaded. These
people have worked on my family to oust me from my house. They went
from neighbor to neighbor telling them that they would get rid of me
for them. And so forth. For the past years they have been on my roof
every night when I try to sleep depriving me of sleep and rest by
using loud cell phones and radios and talking loudly. This also
disrupted the neighborhood and got the other neighbors so angered and
riled up that anything to get peace and quiet back into the neighbor
is nice including and especially at my expense. These people have
tried to arrest me by taking out warrant after warrant after warrant
and so forth. If you check the records you will see an estimated 50 +
issued recently this year that I am told of.
Since nothing else worked they are now trying to get my medical
removed. I have been CERTIFIED unable to work by doctors; I have been
CERTIFIED DISBLED by doctors and hospitals, medical staff etc. I have
medical records that include x-rays, lab test, surgical exams etc to
verify my authenticity. My doctors and the hospitals that I use on a
regular basis can be checked with when legally asked.
Further and extremely most importantly I was NEVER at any time given
the opportunity to state what has happened to me by the neighborhood
conspiracy and what illegal things was done to me by the neighbors
from hell.
