Since I am currently being SLEEP DEPRIVED by the LAW ENFORCMENT people
it is only fair that this ILLEGAL action by them is made public and
especially gets on the internet.

people it is a good idea to let people know that since these so called
officers can't get me on anything as I have not committed any crime,
they now want to ARREST me FOR being on the INTERNET.

INTERNET what HAPPENING to me by and from what they are doing to me
and towards my direction.
As once of the LAW ENFORCMENT people just said around 3:55am today
4-21-04, "I am going to wait to morning walk right in and arrest him,
I am not going to speak to him I am going to arrest him."
These are the same whom first started their separate CONSPIRACY
against me, that went around the neighbors and got them so upset by
disrupting their routine and sleep and other late night activity plus
all kinds of lies to turn on me.
These are the same whom are trying to get my other neighbors to turn
on me to GET RID OF ME.
These are the same whom are trying to get my own family to turn on me
to GET RID OF ME.
These are the same so called officers that watch me when I sleep with
their HIDDEN ELECTRONIC SENSOR AND SURVAILLACE DEVICES.
These are the same so called officers that watch me when I sleep with

loudly when they cant see full arms and hands on top of a blanket they
automatically assume that I am playing all alone and with myself as
they have LOUDLY told their partners and on radios and cell phones.
In my eyes and in my opinion that due to this action alone the term
"pervert" was redefined to new low heights. Also these @#@%^ want to
arrest me for this alone as they see my dreams and tell me what
thoughts I should be thinking of at thte time.
