Clinton starts Social Security debate

WASHINGTON, April 6 (UPI) - President Clinton is flying to Kansas
City, Mo., Tuesday to preside at the first of a series of forums on ways
to keep the Social Security system solvent in the next century. Clinton
will be accompanied by members of Congress and will hear experts on the
subject before opening the session to a town meeting format for
questions from the audience, across-section of Kansas City residents.
