(619)524-2345. The government intends to procure on a sole source basis
to Logitech for 1 each Six inch wafer substrate bonding system with
vacuum pump 110V, 60Hz. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared
in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation,
supplemented with information included in this notice. This solicitation
incorporates provisions and clauses that are applicable and in effect
through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and the Defense
Acquisition Circular. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar
with all applicable clauses and provisions. No RFQ will be prepared or
made available. While price will be a significant factor in the
evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a
combination of price and delivery/technically acceptable low offers.
"Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of
45 days) after date of publication of the original synopsis will be
