to issue a solicitation for fifty-three (53) each circuit breakers which
is on a Quality Product List (QPL). The QPL number is QPL-17361, type
AQB-A103, MIL-C-17361. The manufacturers part number is 1376D96G02. This
requirement is unrestricted, and all interested parties must submit
their request in writing, via fax, e-mail, or the mail. This requirement
will be issued under RFQ N00244-98-Q-0209 and will be issued as a
Request for Quotation using Simplified Acquisition procedures in
accordance with FAR part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated
clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-47
and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11. Requests should be received no
later than 04/30/98. No oral requests will be honored. To request a copy
