This is a sources sought synopsis. It is the intent of Western Area Power
Administration (WAPA) to procure the following equipment; Schweitzer SEL
Relays part number 321124256HGB534 with slotted screw heads on terminal
block, no combination head screws, equipped with mirror bit function.
This is for brand name only. Suppliers of Schweitzer Relays may submit
their pricing information to demonstrate their ability to supply this
product at a lower cost alternative to the Government. Such data must
include a complete pricing list, item number and description, point of
contact, freight charges if FOB origin and number of day required for
delivery. All responsible sources must fax the required information
within 5 working days of this notice. Fax number (970) 490-7377, Attn:
Relays. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will
be accepted. If no affirmtive responses are received within 5 days after
publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable source is
