I’ve received a few notices about this, from MoveOn, and Change.org.  But nobody is talking about 

the Postal Modernization Act of 1999, which set up the USPS for failure and bankruptcy. Unless we 

get Congress to repeal that act, this is pissing in the wind.   Again, Bill Clinton strikes again.  

 

Thomas Frank is right.  Clinton got the Republicans everything they wanted.
