Here is a sinister op-ed, from March of 2019, by Bill Gates and Rwandan President

Paul Kagame, both of whom have depopulation agendas in Africa: Gates on the

whole continent, Kagame in Rwanda, and the fabulously resource-rich eastern

DRC. Anyone who has read much of my work in Black Agenda Report and other

outlets should understand Kagame's game. And why should Gates, whatever his

agenda, be allowed to use his vast private wealth to play that game in Africa? If

he were to return the vast tech wealth that he enjoys thanks to cobalt and cassiterite

mining in the eastern DRC alone, that region would be prosperous.

This is not a pro- or anti-vaccine statement. It's about who will shape African futures,

and that, of course, should be the African peoples. More to come.
