Note that, by denying that Bill intends to implant "microchips" in all of us, she plays the usual "fact-check" trick, of "debunking" something different from the inconvenient truth---i.e., that his plan is to have us all tattooed with quantum dots, which is something else, but would serve essentially the same function as those (ha ha!) microchips, which is to make us, and our vaccination status, permanently trackable.

Note also how hard Mengelinda tries to laugh it off, with Father Teresa smirking there beside her. That they now feel compelled to post that desperate denial is actually good news.
