This is a very impressive booklet for dealing with the coronavirus at the clinical level that Zheijiang University School of Medicine 
(which like the Oxford/Harvard of China) has released for other nations. 
  
P. 38 deals with some of the drawbacks of hydroxychloroquine. Apparently the Chinese require an electrocardiogram before prescribing 
it because of the high risk of cardiac adverse effects. Also interesting is their specific reference to hypoxemia, which the ER doctor at 
Maimonides has been addressing—as have the Chinese for a while now. I also find it noteworthy that the booklet mentions nutrition,
