Step by step guide for linux install

Hello!

I have been trying to install to my FPS server (Linux mysql4.12,
php4.3)
by reading documents at WIKI.

I am not a developper, but eagery want to use Newscloud as our
community.
I can not find guide in my language Japanese,

So for the last way, I am writing to ask you to help me
how to install Newscloud on my server.

I read debian install, and also the thread ato this forum,
still need step by step guide.
