DON’T CHECK-IN AT THE AIRPORT

Dear Guest,

Save time by visiting one of our alternative check-in desks. They’re not at the airport but actually at remote check-in facilities of Abu Dhabi International Airport at Expo Check-in at ADNEC and at the City Check-in, opposite Abu Dhabi Mall.

Avoid crowds and enjoy the added bonus of an extra five kilos luggage allowance to selected destinations** across our network. It’s the least we can do to take the weight off your shoulders.

Abu Dhabi International Airport Expo Check-in*
If you are a visitor to a conference or exhibition at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Center (ADNEC), you can check your baggage in and have it transported to the airport for you. Plus, you can leave your hand luggage in the secure storage, allowing you to freely enjoy the event.

The facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing you to check in from 24 hours to 5 hours before your Etihad flight. You’ll find it adjacent to Entrance K.

Abu Dhabi International Airport City Check-in*
Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s business district opposite Abu Dhabi Mall, near Tourist Club Area and within easy reach of major international hotels, the City Check-in is a superb facility offering convenient early check-in for you and your luggage. Check in from 24 hours to 5 hours before your Etihad flight.
