Newsboat 2.43 is out

Just like the last time, there‘s not much to say about this release. As
usual, there is quite a lot of refactorings and code improvements by
Dennis van der Schagt, plus a handful of bug fixes and even one little
new feature: a `miniflux-flag-save` setting to trigger article saving
machinery in Miniflux.

There are things to say about the process, though, specifically GitHub.
It‘s hard for me to quantify, but I‘d wager that we benefited from using
GitHub in a number of ways. However, the nature of the platform is
changing. When I joined in 2009, it was a cool place to be; now it‘s
*the* place to be, which is a fairly different vibe. Cool people were
already trickling away years ago, and their list now includes
a long-time contributor to our docs and various other non-code efforts.

Thus: if you are not comfortable using GitHub, I‘ll take your patches
and Git pull requests (`git request-pull` thingy) over email and IRC.
This increases my workload, but it also lets me know how many non-GitHub
developers are interested in Newsboat.
