With many feeds, many or all articles are remarked as new at each refresh. How to prevent this?

Could you perhaps elaborate? I'm using newsbeuter 2.9 and it definitely happens.

I put that URL, or say this one: http://thermidormag.com/rss/
in ~/.newsbeuter/urls

~/.newsbeuter/config:
    browser "firefox %u"
    auto-reload yes

Every time I launch newsbeuter the same articles are marked as "new". It seems about a third of the feeds I add have problems repeatedly marking articles as new over and over again.

Hmm, it appears this line in my config does matter:
podcast-auto-enqueue yes

When I comment it out the problem goes away. Bug to file?

It has already been reported, and is already fixed in the repo:
https://github.com/akrennmair/newsbeuter/issues/164

It's not clear when the release will happen, so your best option right
now is to build directly from Git. Your Linux distribution might already
include a package for that (e.g., Arch and Gentoo do.)
