"Open In Browser" for links numbered >9

This is such a noob question, but I can't find instructions for opening links numbered greater than nine. 
Attempting to "Open In Browser" link number 10, actually opens link number 1.

I'm also lazy, so I searched for "browser" on the Newsbeuter documentation, but there is no easy answer to this dilemma.

You must be talking about URLs dialog, the one that's opened with "u" by
default. The answer is: use arrow keys and then press Enter. You can
also use Page Up and Page Down, just like in the rest of the dialogs.

Note that there's another way to open URLs, namely the `goto-url` key
("#" by default). While in the article view, you press it and then type
in the number of the URL you want to open.
