Billingham guarantee your purchase to be free from material or manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you have to make a claim under guarantee, registering your bag using the form below should speed up the process (particularly if you've uploaded a copy of your proof of purchase). Wear is not covered under our manufacturers guarantee.
Once we receive your submission it will be manually checked to ensure the bag matches the UI serial number and colour. We will contact you if you have entered any details incorrectly which may prevent registration.
To register the bag you will need the 10 digit code on the guarantee card or serial number label. You can usually find the serial number label in the back of the bag or under the flap for one of the front pockets and it will look like this:
Only the fields marked * are compulsory. We recommend reading through the form before starting to ensure you have all of the relevant information to hand. Warranty Claims: All claims for repair or replacement under the Manfrotto Limited Warranty must be presented to our service center, C.R.I.S. Camera Services (CrisCam). Acting as the authorized factory service provider for Videndum Media Distribution in the United States, CrisCam is equipped and ready to fulfill all your service needs. CrisCam promises a full satisfaction guarantee on repairs and labor for 90 days and provides online tracking throughout the repair process. Its streamlined repair and inventory process ensures for ultimate efficiency and factory authorized quality means only original factory parts are used.

Compact, Element, TwistGrip, PIXI and Pocket collections are covered by a Standard Limited Warranty (two years from the date of purchase) and are eligible for a free Standard Limited Warranty Extension, upon online product registration, for an additional three years - thus, up to five years' coverage from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage, Terms and Conditions
The Standard Limited Warranty is offered for the period described above to the owner of the product while the "Extension" is offered exclusively to the original purchaser. Both warrant that the Manfrotto product, when used for its intended purpose and properly maintained, to be free of latent defects in material or workmanship.
In the event of a claim under either the Standard Limited Warranty or the Extension, Manfrotto's obligation is limited to replacing or repairing, at Manfrotto's discretion, the product(s) or part(s) determined by Manfrotto to be defective in materials or workmanship.
If the original product has been superseded, a replacement may be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function. Warranty on any replacement parts is limited to 90 days or the unexpired portion of the warranty period of the product on which the parts are being used, whichever is longer.
The Extension does not cover labor costs.
Unless local law in the country, state or region of purchase dictates otherwise, Manfrotto will under no circumstances be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of equipment, lost profits or revenue, costs of renting replacements and other additional expenses, even if Manfrotto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To obtain coverage under the Standard Limited Warranty or the Extension (where applicable), the purchaser will be responsible for carefully packing and returning the product or the defective part(s) accompanied by proof of purchase to the official Manfrotto distributor in the country of purchase (up to date addresses can be found on Where To Buy) or to the shop/store where the product was purchased. All shipping expenses are the purchaser's responsibility.
In accepting the Standard Limited Warranty and the Extension you agree that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Manfrotto relating to any warranty cover of the products purchased.
No other express or implied warranties will be given by Manfrotto as the product manufacturer to the purchaser.
Storage, use and distribution of personal information provided by the purchaser/consumer.
By completing the registration form and the questionnaire and by checking the relevant box on the form, you authorize Manfrotto and the companies directly involved in the fulfilment of the Extension to use the personal information you have provided us for the following purposes:
- to fulfill our obligations under the Extension and offer our customers a better service;
- to keep track of product sales, production batches and any defects in order to improve existing products;
- to perform statistical research and analysis of market trends in order to improve new products.
The information you provide us will be stored electronically by Manfrotto, and may be shared with Manfrotto distributors for service or repair of your product under the limited warranty extension.
You can write to us at any time to request a copy of the information that we store for you and you can also request that we cancel all information held about you.
However, without your personal information, registration details and explicit consent that your information be used for the above purposes (by checking the relevant box), we will be unable to grant you the Extension.
Manfrotto Photo Supports, Heads and Kits Befree, Befree Advanced, 290, 190, 055, Xpro Monopods, Xpro Heads and Manfrotto Tripod heads are covered by a Standard Limited Warranty (six months from date of purchase) and are eligible for a free Standard Limited Warranty Extension, upon online product registration, for an additional nine years, six months - thus up to ten years from date of purchase.

Manfrotto products are warranted to be fit for the purpose for which they have been designed, and to be free from latent defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months after their initial purchase.
"Standard Limited Warranty Extension"
The Standard Lmited Warranty Extension (the "Extension") is a free warranty extension up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase subject only to the registration requirments and he additional limitations described below.
The Extension (except for the additional limitations described below) provides the same coverage and operates with the same exclusions (as described above) as our Standard Limited Warranty but provides for an extended period of coverage. The length of that extension is dependent upon the type and model of the product being registered (see below).
The Extension is only offered if the country of (shipping)/purchase/registration is the same.
To take advantage of the Extension, you must register your product with us within 90 days from the original date of purchase.
