The WTeam WANTS your multimeda ideas/wishlist by Tuesday, May 8!

Dear GodSexFamily peeps,

 

In the interest of helping the WTeam (the Web Team that is) get organi-SIZED, please send us your multimedia ideas or wishlist for your stories and we’ll see what we can do to make that happen. I have attached the excel sheet to our NewsHub that we’ll be working from to plan for the following during our Wednesday, May 9 at noon meeting:

 

(1)   Matching up stories with accompanying multimedia assets

(2)   Creating a production timeline

(3)   Determing resources: what do we have already to pull the multimeda assets together and what do we need?

(4)   Important dates to remember and outreach strategy

(5)   Coordinating trainings to help us with creating this mm assets or projects: Andrew Meadows from SL, Jason Hunter who trained at the iSchool http://servlets.com/sd07/webpub2.pdf, Marc Davis, Social Media Guru from UCB who works with Yahoo.
