Try to get the video above the scroll fully - like reduce the Creative
element at the top to 90-100 pixel

I know that's tight, but it gets the important part higher
Also "God, sex and Family" and "My brother the christian" are too far
apart

There seems to be two nav bars - "home | utopia etc" and Mon-Sunday"
If you need both, stack the days of the week vertically and highlight
more the "Home" nav. I could barely tell how the top nav contributed
to the rest of what I was seeing - definitely highligh it if it helps
users get around the site.

Small things matter and are big on the web....

The small things I see include:

Once the video is done - it just goes away
no nav to other videos, no play/pause for me to replay the video
oh you have to mouse over
Also: I have to click on a day for the pointer to turn into a little
hand that selects the day
so at first it looks like there's no clip
