I AM INTERESTED IN BYING AN IPOD, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD TELL
ME A LITTLE ABOUT IT, THANK YOU
WILLIAM PPEACHEY
What I find incredible is the number of people who do not read the
fine-print on those pages.
They reserve the right to change the number of referrals required,
they can sell your e-mail address, and they can choose not to send you
an ipod if they don't want to.
Like most pages which seem too good to be true, it is.
If you haven't signed up yet, don't.
Yeah this is way too good to be true. Look at the privacy issues
explained on the page. I found it "nice" while reviewing the
information that
"Gratis Internet uses cookies to better understand your traffic
patterns through the web site as well as keeping your login
information securely stored. This information helps us improve the
navigation and flow of the web site. Additionally this may allow users
who choose to be remembered when they come back to our site to be
automatically logged in. We link cookies to personally identifiable
information so that we may track your activities on our site in order
to credit you for completing the offer."
Even further it also notes that "We may work with other third party
businesses using the personal information that you supply to us on the
main signup page to bring selected retail opportunities to our members
via direct mail, email and telemarketing. These businesses may include
providers of direct marketing services and applications, including
lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation and
email marketing."
If you or someone you know is that "blind" to think that this type of
offer is not some type of hoax or fraud look to someone else for
sympathy.
