I would like to install a news server on my PC/Linux, using the
NNTP protocol.

I am not an expert at all on news servers !

Could you say me what is the best solution :

CNews
INN
Others

?

(I am using a PPP connection for accessing my ISP and news remote NNTP server.
I don't if this matters...)
