Bulk E mailers?

Greetings!
Does anybody know any good Bulk E Mailers? I use eudora pro and it
sucks. I keep getting stuck and it says my smtp server will not accept
this e mail and cannot continue.
This really blows!
My e mails are all requests to be on my mailing list they are not
unsolicited!

Please send any advice and/or urls to locate a good bulk e mailer.

What you request is called spamming. Most people find this offensive,
