How can I view previous days newsgroups?

If you are using the newsreader.com web interface, a newsgroup's headers
are date, author, & subject; with the default view 20 articles per page.

You can select the sort of the headers by clicking on the dot beside the
header's type (date/auth/subj), which selects that header to sort on, and
its circular dot turns into a triangle/arrow pointing up or down.

So, you would click on the date dot and turn it into a triangle up or
down. Clicking on the triangle reverses its orientation, in the example
of date making the order of the messages go from oldest to newest.

At the bottom of that view is where you would select the page (of 20
headers each), as the default newsreader.com display configuration is to
provide 8000 articles per group.

Such web interfaces as newsreader or googlegroups are pretty clumsy
compared to a newsreader and a newsserver.
