Help: Newsgroup Support Required

When I subscribe or go to a newsgroup, I get the message:

Group Download in progress in the right hand side of IE 4.0 and on the left
hand side the newsgroup says I have 71 messages available? I don't
understand why the messages are available but not visible in the viewing
pane of the screen.... any ideas.. my ISP is bloody hopeless with their
support and I have grown tired of waiting for their response.... tks Nikki

first consider getting netscape, second u may need to wait for total download
before veiwing all,third fire your bloody ISP(i can relate to your ISP
frustration)

If you're frustrated with WorldNet's support, have you tried the Help
Newsgroups? They're listed at
<http://www.worldnet.att.net/care/index/newsgroups.html> and at
WorldNet Help in my .sig.
