parties. Guy Macon lies and claims that these articles were already
posted "too many times". While this would have been no excuse, Macon
cancels articles which were posted just once, when he finds them
"off-topic" in the unmoderated newsgroup he's trying to censor.

A lot of people issues cancels. So what? As long as they are legitimately
issued cancels, it's no big deal. Not in the perverted sense you'd like
people to view cancellations. They are a necessary burden because of the

spam so that no one can use them than see the Usenet operate in a normal,
effective and free-spirited way.
