A radio program segment to effectively address the real details of an otherwise 'locally silenced' less know beginning of great 'opportunities for humanity' as excemplified by this San Diego based NTC transition being systematically plowed under from public view faster than a wrecking ball can fall, ( reminiscent of events surrounding the onset of the desperate 'call to action' events for 'saving' the ancient Miami Circle formation from careless eternal disposal,) before the world can catch it's breath as to what really happened at any deeper soulic levels, and thus a presidence for other NTC like facilities nation-wide by way of example... seeds of our future need this kind of 'fertile ground' more than ever before as a starting pickup point in these later stressed days, and some would even argue that the 'dark side' now knows this far better than many overwrought citizens; thus it's eagerness, plus a tidy quick private booty of profit rewards for all who help crush the 'good' of it all quickly at it's inception roots, before sleeping public citizen beneficiaries awaken to the real public loss before them, and losses to many other relevant national activities...; all to be sacrificed to a short-sighted questionably motivated sometimes pretentious city council group's 'closed session fast track' derived 'officialdom' looking potentially deceptively disingenuous action list, by and for a select few, based upon examination of the deeper inferenced fine print in the otherwise benign looking details; known primarily only to a participating few insiders with past insider juggling experience; beyond the scope of most citizens' skin deep surface co-operative media managed perceptions in San Diego?? PLEASE, don't indiscriminately juggle away a part of American's extraordinary future seed crops with juggling judgements deprived of now evermore needed profound luminary future-vision insight. It would truely not be wise to opt out for hindsight's eternal regrets in this case; in this time of profound need for such a stellar STAR center!
Dreams have been carelessly shattered in the past by lack of profound foward looking insight; in the rash spur of a meeting's shallow moment. The stakes for San Diego and the nation are far too high; much higher than Lindbergh ever dreamt of while flying on his historic precedence setting journey into San Diego's global history! Please, for heaven's sake, let us think of the 'whole world' "New Earth Xroad Transformations: United States STAR Center NEXUS", ... before settling for a paltry few expensive 'yet to be built' substantially separate private storefront office park, lodgings, or limited use hotels for only a few people??? In times to come the NTC's area will truly be rebuilt in VISIONARY modern ways that present groups can't yet clearly imagine, far exceeding any current dreams to date, and we will indeed likely need that runway access right next door for future things to come from that visionary NTC charters' dream inspired human imagineering lab development of tomorrow's civilization landscaping at NTC, as we continue Lindbergh's flight yet further towards a series of most profound goals,... if a small group of people can just stop the mad rush to essentially privatized oblivion for a moment, and allow a few 'future visionary birds of another feather' a place to land without fear for few moments of a breath or two of a new dawn's social environment's air in which to deliver their future dreams to a needy world, as Nicola Tesla did with our electric age's foundations, far ahead of his times-- Lindbergh's historic journey returns full loop, -- only then!
Please, "Build the field" instead, for only then will 'They' have a place of the 'open heart' to come and 'play' a stellar cosmic game for all to see!!

- I would that facilities like the ~430+ acre 'U.S. Naval Training Center' property gifted over to San Diego could be more truly applied to a originally intended 'working city of the future' EPCOT related context considerations wherein a much more futuristic, although as yet distant, Paradigm might truly be engendered in it's infancy for 'all' of earth unselfishly with initial in place paid for facilities if possible, instead of it's current possibly subtly questionable city planned rapid transitions which might divorce people and government from publicly owned resources by 'normally directed reuse' with closed door negotiations by a city government and a master developer to ensure the immediate goals of these two parties are pushed forward, possibly at the expense of all other beneficiaries. Demolition aside, there are long term factors to consider though, wherein NTC is but a small factor in the course of human events, save but for the great 'opportunity loss to the far view humanity future' for any short term turnover associated with many 'quick solution' pretty 'business as usual' urban village driven practical enterprises. How might 'public good' discovery zone regions and the US republic concepts of private property find a constructive balance overall?
