For knowingly reposting forged news articles, for attempting to have
anyone who disagrees with him kicked off of their ISP, for spreading
malicious rumors such as the idea that his political enemies have AIDS,
and generally attempting to silence those with which he does not agree
rather than debating them on-line, I nominate Vladimir Fomin.

Any seconds?

Steve? This is the sort of thing you keep complaining about. Any
comments?

Seconded. However, Boursy himself in another article supports Fromage and
seems to hope that the INS will become involved. For what purpose we can
only assume the worst.

Folowups to net.nazis.pro-rentcontrol.

OK, I will explain for the mentally disadvantaged.

Peter Vorobieff is a guest in this country.

He came here on a J-1 visa as a student.

He promised that he'll study at Lehigh (a fourth-rate university) and not
seek job in this country.

He lied.

He became a partner of the notorious Joel Keith Furr in a mail-order business,
selling racist anti-Turk T-shirts and "books". Together, they spammed Usenet
with commercial ads and made threats against Turks who objected to their spam.

Peter Vorobieff also posted his resume in his libelous "homepage", in violation
of his J-1 visa status.

For this and other crimes, the Immigration and Naturalization Service is going
to deport this anti-Semitic forger back to Russia and permanently ban him
from re-entering the United States (even on layover flights).

>Folowups to net.nazis.pro-rentcontrol.

I don't know much about Mr. Vorobieff, but I do know a lot about Joel, and
from any legal, practical, or real standpoint, this statement has no basis
in fact. Good thing you qualified your clarification, because only the
mentally disadvantaged should take it seriously.

It's very easy to accuse a person of lying. It's rather hypocritical to
turn around and do the same.

Even the fact that your parents were brother and sister should not have
impaired your brain so badly that you are unable to call the State
Department and attempt to verify such nonsense before posting it. We
you, additionally, repeatedly hit on the temples with heavy blunt objects
during your formative years?

Books? What books? You are seeing things again, Vlad.

Kindly quote to me the law or regulation which makes this in any way
a crime. Or are you unaware that his web page may be viewed from
countries other than the United States?

But not until the FBI finishes investigating Steve Boursy's complaints
against him. *Yawn*.

Yes--he most certainly is although he's not acting like one.

And as such cannot work and is expected to follow the laws of
our country as any guest should. Forgery is a violation of our laws and
a quite serious one--a guest who violates our laws should not be here.

Well let's hope so. Anyone who has been injured by Peter V's forgeries
and followup complaints to service providers or who has any knowledge of
his employment in this country should notify the INS promptly.

Still waiting for the public results of the Provosts Office at
Lehigh University--they did publically state they were underway. I should
thing they would be done soon so we can determine if contacting the Board
of Trustees directly via telephone will be necessary.

Translation from Boursy-speak:

Let's hope that everyone forgets that, as a matter of law, University
disciplinary actions are confidential.

Then, when nothing happens, we'll follow my favorite tactic. Find
someone high enough in the organization so that they don't have a
clue, scare them with talk of lawsuits and crimes, and scare them
into silencing the guy.

That one is the most definitive of all!
I missed the original "Sandlot Bullies" list.
Someone please repost it.

Hey, big deal -- what the hell is December, anyway?
Is that why you forged that e-mail to InterNIC and had the
manus.org domain wiped out? -- bad boy, Tom.
You are getting put on the scumbag list for that.

Well, the new *scumbag list* MUST be included!
The venerable Steve Boursy and Vladimir Fomin may
be making additions to that list, soon.
Now, which one of you guys want to add Tom, here?
