I thought it reasonable to inform you that your graduate
student, Kimberly Barnard, continues to harass people on the
newsgroups. In particular, you should look at
sci.psychology.psychotherapy.
She posts as Kali. She is an elected newsgroup moderator of the
other psychotherapy newsgroup. But, she continues to harass
people on the sci.psychology.psychotherapy newsgroup. And she
nominates and votes for people as kooks by cross-posting to an
abusive newsgroup. She also advertises abusive web pages to
harass people. This is all very serious abusive behavior and I
believe would constitute illegal stalking/harassment. It is
certainly serious unethical behavior.
Her behavior is seriously unbecoming of any psychology graduate
student. She seems aware that someone has written to you before,
but continues gross, unethical behavior in her effort to cause
harm to others. Her behavior is malicious and she is trying to
hurt people.
I think this should stop.

Note: All the following can be immediately verified by visiting

I have decided it is high time someone inform your department of
the abuse of Usenet science and support newsgroups by your
student, Kimberly Barnard. She posts as "Kali" on
sci.psychology.psychotherapy and personally harasses people
there constantly, while at the same time expressly (with each
post, in her headers) supporting all the anonymous stalking and
personally harassing trolls to that newsgroup.
In addition, "Kali" (Kimberly Barnard), stalks people into both
sci.med.diseases.hepatitis and alt.support.tourette to harass
them. She seems to be addicted to harassing and stalking people
-- even to newsgroups where she does not otherwise participate.
This all has been going on for over a year and perhaps several
years. She does this all while being a student in your
department as well as while being a
sci.psychology.psychotherapy.moderated moderator -- and,
as such, she disgraces the whole field.
Please use your influence to see that this unethical person
stops her personal abuse and harassment of others on Usenet.

I will believe a letter was sent to Kali's advisor only when she
can prove it. People like Kali with obvious serious mental
illness
often do many strange thing in their seeking of attention.
Kali has shown all kinds of symptoms of many mental illnesses in
