Dear Administrator,

You are being contacted in regard to the unsolicited bulk email included
below.

JA.NET/LIVERPOOL: This email was sent from a server in Panama, by
blacklisted spammers "Targetted Email Direct" based in the notorious
Boca Raton, Florida (see <http://www.spews.org/html/S2466.html>), to an
address harvested from Usenet. This is not the behaviour I expect to see
from reputable university and JANET site.

TELEGLOBE/EVELOZ: you provide connectivity to click.temd.net at
200.24.143.162 and for the server used to send the email at
200.24.131.150.

A copy of this complaint will be posted to the news.admin.net-abuse.sightings
newsgroup. The newsgroup is archived by Google. You may wish to use
Google to search that group for other copies of this spam (see
<http://groups.google.com/>)

Many thanks
