REPOST: CRL discarding spam complaints

your original complaint. Since most spam involves two ISPs, the sender
and the web site, I see this as an unacceptable response.

give the isp we send the mail they try to stop it you send the complantes (spam
cop sends tons of complantes). so if you dont like it why dont you become an

And as your statement above, ISP may get pissed off from all the complaints
but eventually when the ISP has a Monetary interest in getting you spammers
personally then it will be the complainers and ISP that will have your scum
bags in courts all over the world and with that as an incentive spamming
will be gone and I can view the internet without fear of tons of shit in my
mail box. Remember because I post to USENET does not give anyone the right

ISP's have a Term of Service and AUP and they clearly state you will not
send or cause to send offending material or spam. Pretty clear here don't

The snail mail and ad's I receive are sent from companies and persons that
pay for that letter in the form of postage. I can tell the post office to
not give me ad's and they will comply. Being they are a legitimate company
they honor such requests and don't post the physical address to every ad
company or weirdo that comes along. They actually honor the request. Again
the analogy is like night and day since they (the senders) pay for the junk
mail they send.

Well lets see I have been working with computers since the advent of the
Sperry Univac which I believe was second generation of computers. And have
been on the net for around 8-10 years by my recollection. and I have never
sent any unwanted spam.

I also don't condone the calling of a persons toll free number and I do not
send email attacks. I do and will continue to get the ISP to cancel your any
spammers accounts closed at the first spam mail to me. Its the price you pay
for not having total opt in services.

Hotmail has strict rules governing Relaying of spam so that in its self your
admitting your rob or relay rape Hotmail. Real honest business man here

That is some of the worst advice I could ever read, the ISP has the right to
terminate the contract since you singed on fraudulently for the service. No
ISP will let a person sign up for a T1 or any kind of account knowing your
going to spam the hell out of other net users. man get real. read the cases
AOL vs. Cyberpromotions etc. again your admitting its ok to steal from

I don't get unsolicited calls and the ad's I receive via the Post Office are
paid for and I can use them for starting a fire in my fire place. see the
difference? It is useful to me.
Once again the phrasing is correct. Spammers are scum , spammers accounts
have and will be shut down due to their spamming,theft of others property is
stealing and stealing is thievery=thieves, every single spam I have received
over and over has been for JUNK, illegal Pyramid schemes, phony educational
credentials, find out about anyone, get pits and seeds to cure cancer (That
is all against the law) , posting to Usenet does not give you or anyone the
right to send me spam mail because I did not ask for it (Note the words "did
not ask for it"), and no one can say they post their telephone number on the
