To "Raoul" and Whom It May Concern:
Raoul, people don't appreciate your view that it's your right to fill up
their drives to whatever level and with whatever you find permissible.
They have a right to have you removed from their drives. You don't own
them.
You have chosen not to believe this truth or acknowledge it. You have
chosen not to believe that your behavior is harmful, and your explanation
for these assertions is a series of hypothetical, politically-correct
statements that I and a few other people are trying to control Usenet as
an expression of some ego-trip.
I haven't wavered or changed my position on your spamming. No other news
administrators or news.admin.net-abuse* readers have, either. And from
your recent spamming it's clear that you don't intend to stop.
And that's not fair. You don't own Usenet, you are a guest of the
administrators who store and forward your articles, and you know this.
I am therefore, even though I'm not happy about it, imposing a Usenet
Death Penalty on you, because this makes it much easier to help news
administrators keep your spam off their servers.
Zippo should soon receive notice of this UDP and that if they do not
deny access to their posting services to Smartnet, I'll have no choice
but to impose a restricted UDP on them as well, in groups where your
abuse occurs and has occurred. This just can't continue; it has to
stop.
To Whom It May Concern: if necessary, announcements of further UDPs
related to this spamming will be announced in the near future.
