By protecting the rest of the world from spam emanating from your
server(s) ?

In other words, when your IP address(es) don't try to deliver e-mail to
spamtraps of UCEPROTECT their systems wouldn't notice and your IP
address(es) wouldn't be listed.

Ever thought about limiting your clients access to TCP port 25
outgoing ? Or at least monitoring their use of TCP port 25 outgoing and
taking appropiate action if needed ?

Talk to your mail server(s) admin, they should be able to
make changes to what blacklists are queried, as needed.

Please followup with your IP address range, which ASN that range is in
and name of your backbone provider.

Short form: If the UCEPROTECT3 listing is causing your non-spamming
customers mail rejection problems, you need to complain to your upstream
backbone provider about their apparent tolerance of or inability
to deal with spamming by their other customers.

Unless your backbone can get their customers to reduce spam, you will
also need to find another network on a different ASN that is not
listed in UCEPROTECT 3 where you and your non-spamming customers can route
emails from to the rest of the Internet .

UCEPROTECT Level 3 Listings are by Autonomous System Number (ASNs)
network aggregations.
When the number of spamming IP addresses in UCEPROTECT Level 1 exceed
0,2%, the entire ASN is listed Level 3.

From: http://www.uceprotect.net/en/index.php?m=3&s=5 :
"
UCEPROTECT Blacklist Policy LEVEL 3
Description: Draconic
Level 3 lists IP Space of the worst ASN's.

This blacklist has been created for HARDLINERS. It can, and probably will
cause collateral damage to innocent users when used to block email.
UCEPROTECT-Level 3 lists all IP's within an ASN if more than 100 IP's, but
also a minimum of 0.2% of all IP's allocated to this ASN got Level 1
listed within the last 7 days.

"
That tells me to be willing to use UCEPROTECT3 to reject email, the
Postmaster's server(s) are likely getting spam that less strict methods
are not addressing.
