Our hosted web / mail server has been listed at tqmcube.com, it seems
because the reverse dns didn't match the original mail server
hostname. We contacted our host and they have corrected the problem.
I opened a ticket using their online system and got a ticket
confirmation email, but have not heard anything since.
That was two full weeks now. I attempted to contact them via the
general form, but have not received a single response. I also updated
the ticket to ask about the status, but again, no response. The
ticket remains open and unassigned.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks
Andy

David Cary Hart (the administrator of TQMCube.com) seems to have
disappeared. Whilst many of us wish him WELL, it does appear that
TQMCube.com DNSBL zones have been left to rot for the best part of six
weeks, to date.

Thanks for the info. I guess we'll have to try to convince our
customers not to use that block list anymore, since no one is managing
it. Its very frustrating, because his list is only one we seem to be
listed on, and the only reason was a generic reverse DNS..
Yup, looks abandoned from here. I've been hearing about this for a
while. As time permitted, I've been reaching out to other ISP,
blacklist, and anti-spam people trying to find any sign of life from
TQMCUBE. No luck on that front, so as of today, I'm calling TQMCUBE
dead/abandoned.
Everything I know about it can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/2nu9wa

having said that, i recontacted tqmcube using the proper channels and
my case has been opened and not responded to since about 2 weeks
ago...

Well, our webmaster called and got full voicemail box after I found
the number for the domain owner from whois. I tried on friday, and
the mailbox was no longer full, but have not received any word. We've
also opened a second ticket, and no word.

Did you manage to open a second ticket for the same IP address?

I'm not sure, it was our IT guy that did it, and he set it up to go to
our webmaster. I don't think he did finish the process though,
because I did tell him the results of my searching.
I don't know, my admin may have stopped after I pointed him to your
link.
I am in the exact same boat. We have been lanquishing on this list
since June. We have solved the problem that got us on the list, but
now we can't get off.
Does anyone have any idea about what to do from here?? We need to
email a few funders who obviously subscribe to this list.
Any advice would be welcomed.
Thanks

Short answer, you can't -- As far as anyone can tell the list has been
abandoned, which means no new additions and no removals.
Your best bet is to contact your recipients and have them cease using
tqmcube.

You can get more with a kind word and a 2x4 than just a kind word.
Recipients (... their mail server admin) can WhiteList
senders they want / need / expect messages from.
