Hello, in our first official AHBL Request For Comments And Evidence
(AHBL-RFCAE), we are requesting that the posters and viewers of the NANA*
newsgroups provide us with their opinions on the removal of the following
entry from the AHBL:

66.28.139.0/24 :4:1067119618 bruns - Spam Source - ientrymail.com

If you run a mail server, are a user, or DNSbl maintainer, and would like
to help us determine if this entry should be removed, please either
respond via e-mail or followup posting to this thread.

We are looking for any current evidence of abuse or spam from the hosts
listed above, or any reports on previous interactions with ientry and the
community.

A copy of the removal request is posted below for your own review.

Thanks for helping us improve the AHBL's effectiveness.

<SNIP>

They seem to regularly Spam two role accounts at $DayJob.
{I have not checked any other of the Domains / MTAs /
Accounts I have to deal with (it doesn't seem necessary).}

Most Recently: on 10-28-03, 10-27-03, 10-21-03, 10-20-03.

In Recent History: 10-08-03, 09-29-03, 09-16-03,
09-03-03, 08-13-03, 07-26-03.
(For Spam that makes it through the existing BlackLists
{external and internal} and filters;
to be escalated in our local BlackLists.)

15 e-mails temporarily on file for reference;
(They {the e-mails} will be gone after we make our
decision(s) and take action).

Off hand I don't see any record of them hitting our SpamTraps.

As far as I know we have not contacted them to:
request proof of opt-in,
request listwashing,
request unsubscribe,
request opt-out;
nor have we contacted their upstream;
nor have we posted any of the related e-mails to
N.A.N-A.Sightings
...

{Yet}

A quick search for anecdotal evidence in newsgroups
and on websites, suggests that others consider them
opt-out Spammers.
