It could be added to the list of German regional hierarchies sent to news.lists.misc
and maybe in control.ctl as a private hierarchy.

Hierarchies sub.* and dnet.* was joined after a votingￜ in the year 1991

and formed the de.* German language hierarchy.
Yes, there might be people out there still not accepting reality after
22 yearsￜ and sending sub.* checkgroups but I doubt that this qualifies
for the regional hierarchy list. Both precursors of de.* was not regional
limited but differenced by private (sub) and educational (dnet) founder
members.
