RFD posted for removal of 198 Big 8 groups

[Followup set to news.groups.proposals]

An RFD with Subject "1st RFD: The Great Downsizing 2011/1" and MID
<great-downsizi...@news.albasani.net> has been posted to
news.announce.newgroups proposing to remove 198 Big 8 newsgroups that
are believed to be dead.

Please check the list either in news.announce.newgroups or
news.groups.proposals and comment in news.groups.proposals if you feel
that any of the groups proposed for removal should be retained and
explaining why you think the group should be retained.
