If you haven't noticed already, Google Groups [ http://groups.google.com/ ]
has not been archiving Usenet for the past few days. One result of this is
that you may see duplicate postings due to Google Groups users mistakenly
thinking that their post failed to "go through" ( relying on the feedback of
seeing it "appear" in the message thread on Google Groups ) so they send the
post again.

Moderators may wish to add a highlight to this issue in your Article
Rejection Notice (or other official e-mail communication to the article's
author) to alert users about this outage.
