New PGP key for fr.* control articles

Dear all news administrators,
Control messages for the international French-speaking hierarchy (fr.*)
were last sent in 2014. The private key used to sign them is no longer
usable. Anyway, a new more secure key following current cryptographic
standards needed to be generated.
This message is an announcement of the new public key. Its UID is
unchanged.
For those who carry the fr.* hierarchy, please update its public key on
your news server if you still want to honour its control articles.
I'll send them, and I wish to thank my predecessor Ollivier for having
achieved that task since 1998.
A checkgroups (without any changes) has recently been sent, signed with
that new PGP key, for you to check the correct import of the new key:
<news:checkgroups...@news.trigofacile.com>
A new newsgroup is waiting to be created. I'll send the relevant
control message *in January 2021*, signed with the new key.
Other newsgroups will certainly be added or removed during the next year.
Thanks for your help in contributing to reflect newsgroup changes in the
fr.* hierarchy!
