• Identity Security Cloud (ISC) architecture and strategy
• IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture and governance
• Identity roadmaps and IAM transformation programs
• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) design and implementation
• Application onboarding strategy and governance
• Identity governance, certifications, provisioning, and lifecycle management
• Advising customers and implementation teams on SailPoint best practices
• Leading workshops and architecture discussions with business and technical
stakeholders
• Reviewing solution designs and guiding implementation teams
• Working with program managers, security teams, and executives
• Customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• Mentoring junior engineers and architects
• Experience with IIQ to ISC migration programs (if applicable)
• Any experience supporting multiple customers or enterprise programs.
