Where is the llc paperwork? in aviva’s binder, Carmen can bring this stuff next week. Hilary checked out the process. We need to file the 1382 – costs $400. $460 all together. We could get our own and be able to get insurance for working with kids. We want to use diverse fundraising tactics to get all this money together. Let’s see what we get during BELLRINGING on October 25th.
Bell ringing costume fundraising
Carmen – teams of two, one with sign one with bell, so we could do three teams. Carmen can make the boards. We need another two bells. Where can we go?
Free School 101
Carmen made an outline. Brainstorming what to add further. We can meet at a separate time to plan to work on this. Tuesday planning meeting to “slam it out.”
Fifth Estate Article
Kate’s working on it right now. We will try to email a draft to everyone by Saturday. Due on Monday.
Black Flag Football
we need lights, we need a generator, we need some footballs? we need flags. We need to start tabling early November. Find a time to scope out city park. 3:00 on Sunday in front of art museum. “New Orleans Free School Homecoming, with Halftime show” beer popcorn hot dogs hot cider. we should have a referee, and a scoreboard. we need to make a trophy.

we bought half a table, it doesn’t seem like kids workshops will happen. One week before black flag football, so we will do signups at this time.
