We got some masks, cookie decorating, Mummy wrap contests. We will try to get liability forms by this event. Will be the 27th at 2 pm. Kate asks that we do something educational as well as fun.

Fundraising bell ringing: Carmen and Esther made signs the other day. When do we want to do it? Carmen’s house at 6:30. Can be in costume if wanted. Andy will paint the coffee cans ready for money collections.

Bookfair: There’s a stage and a mic if anyone wants to do a reading, does anyone want to do a reading for the free school? We can just tell them we want to and then just figure it out.

Phone Calls: Kate returned the phone calls, one was a guy calling about the New Orleans Free School. The other was Adult Education Program at Delgado who has a GED Program that’s free. Can give out our resources and literature as well.

Mailing List: Esther will update this for businesses and other addresses. Carmen will look over addresses whenever she mails out envelopes.

Free School 101: Still in progress, Hilary will update her section and email it out tomorrow. Everyone can look at it. Let’s shoot for presenting in early January. Let’s try to do a test run at a potluck or something.

Black Flag Football: Black Flag cover band, will get their own generator, Slag + Rotten Milk are into doing the refereeing and announcing. Esther talked to someone from the soccer league, they only play on Sundays. What to do re:police?
