Calendar: Hilary is going to make final draft this weekend. She will print a few dozen, Esther will print a larger batch sunday or monday, can print out pamphlets with correct phone number (from the google docs.)
Tabling: PRT this sunday, at 2, we will table with candy.
- Maybe we can get someone to help with flyering a few places to do what Carmen has been doing for a while.
Homecoming? -- Kate wants to do a "Homecoming" ? What about playing flag football? What about a day with a few workshops? Workshops are a good idea. Brainstorming. Maybe for october? What about rolling in with the bookfair? Having workshops at the bookfair. Esther will contact the bookfair people.
Aviva: Email Hilary final class list, stuff envelopes, address list online
Hilary: look into text blasting, ask for volunteers on internet, ask for space for construction class, PRT, make calendars
ESther: Print out the calendars and pamphlets, talk to the bookfair people. stickers?
Alexis: come to PRT!
