Reminder | NEW.Mech 2018 | September 29 at Brown | Registration is open

This is a reminder that the 9th annual New England Workshop on the Mechanics of Materials and Structures (NEW.Mech) will take place at Brown on Saturday, September 29, 2018. As in past years, the workshop is free of charge. We will be featuring three invited plenary talks, contributed short talks, a poster session, a gallery of mechanics exhibition, and a post-workshop reception. 

Registration for NEW.Mech 2018 is open now. Please visit the NEW.Mech 2018 website for more information and to register. Anyone submitting a short talk, poster, or video must register and submit information by Thursday, September 20th. We will be making decisions on short talk, poster, and video submissions shortly thereafter, with instructions to follow for those whose are accepted. For everyone else, the general registration deadline is Wednesday, September 26th.
