It depends on whether you've done a partition (single-level) or hierarchical clustering.
For a single level, you can produce a 2D solution, then click on the Graphics button and use the Ellipse toggle to draw in a circle/ellipse, one at a time. This can be a tricky operation, so experiment first with drawing circles and ellipses on a 2D configuration. The best procedure for drawing the cluster-ellipse seems to be to:
-- locate your cluster
-- click the Ellipse button
-- move the pointer to the top-most point of the cluster , then go up-and-left of that position (or the ellipse will be too small)
-- double click at that position and drag the pointer to the bottom-and-right of the lowest point of the cluster, and release the pointer.
It sounds a bit finnicky, but after a few tries, you'll get the hang of it. However: BEWARE -- if you make a mistake, you can't go back a step but have to click on "Refresh display", which removes ALL the drawing you have done.  When you have it to your satisfaction, you can then add text to label your clusters.
I attach an example I've just done.
Another simpler option is to draw a set of lines from point to point of the outside border of the cluster ( like a convex hull).
In principle, I guess you could do the (first few) concentric circles of an HCS,  but I have never succeeded in doing this!

The other simpler option is to save the configuration co-ordinates and pass it to a program like Paint where it is easier to manipulate and draw on it, and allows you to recover more easily from mistakes!
