We published an intervention report that reviews the evidence for the Ponseti method of treating clubfoot, a congenital condition that can affect one or both feet, causing them to twist inward. The Ponseti method typically consists of sequential casting to restore foot alignment, surgery on the Achilles tendon, and subsequent bracing to maintain alignment.
