Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We will have lunch services this coming Sunday (9/21/2014).  Please let me know if you can come to help.  The following is the task we have:

Task 2=10:40 am (at least 15 persons)

After worship please (1) set up lunch tables and chairs 

                                   (2) pack 900 lunch boxes

12 people help set tables & chairs then packing lunch boxes 

1 persons to arrange lunch box to the carts

2 People wash trays & clean up

11:45am: 1 brother drive to pick up burgers/chicken nuggets 

 

We need arrive at 10:40am.  We will miss the Sunday school.  Thanks!
