Meeting Minutes: Tue May 15

Present: Saeed, Bahram, Maryam, Pouya A, Majid

1) Kiosk
-Bahram briefed us on Kiosk. Looks like they are still collecting information and want to get the best of all. Our information about work permit and tax deduction is interesting to them and may lead to finally make a deal with the society.

2) Koocheh
- Saeed provided Koocheh members with the timeline and planning materials; positions are assigned.
- Shiva is going to be contacted to provide us with materials to help in approaching sponsors.
- Pouya A and Pouya K are meeting to discuss technical aspects.

3) Nastaran's Project
- There has been no news from Nastaran and the society decided to encourage her to finally start her own group after defining the project. As a background her project is strret exhibition of Iranian/other art during the summer.

Just a quick amendment to the item 3: Bahram is to contact Nastaran and help her define the project. If possible they will work together to create a propsal for the project.
